A mysterious pouch created by the wizards of the Vernal Blessing Academy who support the Resistance. Can be purchased from the Contract Coin Merchant or acquired as a reward from requests in the following regions: Purelight Tower, Watcher's Post, Canina Village. Can obtain 2 Allied Resistance Forces Contract Scrolls II and one of many treasures.
